Proper nutrition is an essential component to living a healthy lifestyle. Week 4: Meet with a Dietitian 

The final week of National Nutrition Month will have you taking the big step to launch your healthier lifestyle fully. You'll learn how you can actually meet a registered dietitian by talking to your doctor. Through your dietitian, you can build a personalized plan for a healthier diet.
